For us, that feeling comes from providing the connections and advice needed to facilitate our candidate and clients progression and nurturing those relationships over the course of many years. Showing respect for the reputation and privacy of the people we work with is something we pride ourselves on. We know how we conduct ourselves in the market will reflect directly on you, so we will always operate by handling your reputation as if it were our own. We will never approach an employer about you without gaining permission to do so, and the confidential information you provide us with will remain just that, confidential.

With CP they tell you all of the information related to a role so you can make a clear decision with them on whether a pathway proposed is the most suitable for you.
